Do you put off packing until the last minute? End up with a random assortment of clothes?
There are some easy ways to make packing a lot less daunting. Here are my top tips - pack like it is a puzzle.
Make a list of what you want to bring and lay it all out.
Sort into what you need and what you want. If you don't think it will all fit add to the need pile until you think you can fit that pile into the suitcase.
Lay at the bottom of the suitcase a layer of rolled clothes. This will give you a flat surface to continue packing.
Lay Jeans & Pants folded at the waist band into the suitcase so you have the legs hanging out. One pair of pants on side, one pair on the other etc. with the folded waist band touching inside the suitcase.
Place another layer of rolled up clothes or shoes on top of the pants on the inside of suitcase.
Fold length wise bulky things and place on the rolled/shoes clothes.
Fill any gaps with your toiletries, other items.
Fold pants legs over on top of everything.
Close your suitcase and go have a good time!
