STANDARD DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 Royal Mail International Standard is used for all international shipments up to 2kg, pricing is set by standard, up to date UK Royal Mail pricing. The aim is to ship your product(s) within 2 days of confirmation of order placed and delivery may take up to 10 days. Please make sure you choose International Shipping in the shipping options for this service, otherwise your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges.

Please see Terms & Conditions page here for 14-Day Cooling off period, relevant for online purchases only.

To be eligible for a return, I require an order number and or receipt and a request to return via email clearly stating your return request. Your item must be unused with tags in tact and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. The returned item is then posted and insured at the customers cost.

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the full amount less any shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days, you will then receive a email.

 CANCELLING AN ORDER

You have up to 12 hours once an order is placed to cancel that order and request a refund. Please do so before the cut off point by emailing your order number here - unfortunately after this time the item may have been shipped and no cancellations are possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t yet received a refund within the time stated above, first check your bank account,

and contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email and we will explain the process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, please email in the first instance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I otherwise cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
